I am friends with a guy that is friends with the victim ..
i snake was decapitated right after the attack and tossed into the nearby river..
the victim did not own the snake it was his nephews.
The victim was bitten once before..
When the incident happend the 2 men where drinking and the victim decided he wanted to kiss the snake..
So the snake is indeed dead..
poor guy was not his (snake)fault that he was owned by an idiot
