I'd have picked that one of the 3 also. Birds are one thing I've never kept before, where did you get her from?

I got her from a lady in Paradise hill Sask. www.onafricanwings.comThis is my first ever bird too (besides chickens and ducks on the farm). She is quite the charactor already - at least she is keeping my mind off of my missing reptiles. I never could have pictured owning a bird in the past - i just thought they were about as good as fish - the I took a part time job at Pet Land and I fell in love with the small parrots there. They have such personalities, and they really just want to be loved by you. I have been having a tough time with the transition since the snakes left ( it's almost like feeling empty - or guilty, or both). Curtis (my partner) decided that this would be a nice early birthday present. I agreed - but some times its like having a child (or what I would guess it would be like). She is very needy sometimes because she is only 5 months old.

She's georgous, I can't wait till I can get a bird or two, I'm thinking about getting one of the smaller parrots too.

Im a breeder of Green, and Blue Quakers, Nyasa Lovebirds and Lady Gouldian Finches soon to have canaries if there is anyone interested. Ill only breed the Quakers if I have a few people on a waiting list www.nikkibeeching.webs.com
