That is weird, the first time I looked at the article, it didn't show the picture.
Funny how it afflicts only the best parts to eat.
If they need to boil a lot of lobsters to do an experiment in what causes that color change in the shells, I should let them know that I can happily help them dispose of the dead lobsters, free of charge.
