They are highly protected in the US, being native and endangered. All keepers have the paperwork to go with them and export isn't allowed to avoid WC's being passed as captives. There are a number of breeders in Canada however, perhaps moreso than in the states. Out west, Gonesnake (Mark) and Annette (Wrappedupinreptiles) both have breeding colonies. Nobody produces them with regularity because they just arn't as easy as corn snakes in that department. Out East, Don Pogue has numerous indigos. I'm sure there are a few others, but that should give you a start anyhow

Beautiful girl Shawn - they are a snake like no other - incredible and so hard to capture without seeing them in person. I couldn't believe the first time I saw one of Annette's - fantastic snake and a dream species to own.

Wow she's looking amazing Shawn!! I'm counting on you to start producing more of these guys 'cause I'm having no luck tracking 'em down anywhere else, lol.

When are you planning to breed these bad boys? They look great, and it just happens that I just started to look into picking up a couple hatchlings.
Amazing snakes!!

Looking good. Hopefully there will be a clutch of those bad boys here again this year? I'll know in the next while, but eggs doesn't guarrantee hatchlings. Very tricky to breed & incubate successfully. I'm actually only working with 1.1 adults right now, but have a coule 2008s here right now as well. Cross your fingers for me folks LOL Mark
