I was just wndering where everyone gets their feeders from. Does anyone breed their own? Any supplier that is particularily good? Petstores?
I order buld from Canadianmouseman.com and find their prices pretty decent.

I just got another order from the mouseman as well, prices are good and they are good people to deal with, I've also used Canden as well.
I used to breed all my own feeders but I had my entire colony wiped out when something was brought in with another persons colony I took in. I ended up tossing out a freezer full of rats even though almost all of them had no contact with the ones from the other colony......didn't want to risk anything.

I happen to breed rats but mostly sell for pets although I do have some that I cull out. I also know of someone who has mice and rats as well we are working together in Regina to get some breeding going. How many and what size are you looking for? ...and what would you be willing to pay and what are you currently paying. The only problem I have is that I cant kill them so I would give them out live and the killing would be your responsibility. The numbers right now are down but I can in the future, possibly accomodate if I knew what to expect.
