Nice group....
Do you have some much clearer pictures? Head shots of the eyes, because that first Charcoal does not look like a charcoal to me at all.. I am not trying to diss you or your animals, so please don't take offense, I think you should have what you paid for..

my camera sucks, and i didn't want to disturb them too much yet, will try to get better ones in a couple of days(next feeding day)
she has really dark eyes and a blue head when you look at her properly, sadly none of the pictures do them any justice, i really need a better camera, and someone to use it LOL.

Probably not much help to you, because this one is also expressing hypo to boot.. This is my Phantom girl, with the striking eyes that are so much different from an Anery A.. I hope I am wrong, as I would love to see this hobby flourish more back home... Regards.. Tim of T and J

pretty picture, i love the dark eyes on the charcoals.
i constantly keep eyeing all 4 of the new ones eyes, wondering if they are relly dark enough or not LOL
i'm paranoid, only allowed to have x number of snakes, so really don't want to end up with anery a's instead of b's.
i tried to get better pics but they turned out even worse then the one posted, i'll try again in a couple of days.
no matter what i fell in love when i saw her, so she's here to stay anyway.

tried again since she was up and about and still nothing decent, i really am going to have to get a new camera, can't show off hte cuties if they are blurry.
after double/triple checking eyes, the charcoal male is the only one i am questioning, but i've been wondering about him anyway, sadly i think i got handed the wrong cup when i went back to pick him up(got pulled away when picking him out due to having to go look at a king).
the adult females eyes are almost black, same as the little ones(pewter/charcoal girls) i will keep trying to get good head shots of her, but will probably wait until my other half returns(he has steadier hands)

Something you might try, is an outside picture, on an over cast day, I find it works nicely to catch better colours.. I can assume you are using a point and shoot type of digital.. I would honestly try to get myself situated for the best stability so the camera didn't move at all.. Try getting some pictures that way, you might get pictures that are a lot more clear..
I don't know if it would be welcomed if I posted a ton of photos here, as I can kill a dial up connection really easily.. However I am certain SaskTel has much improved its network.. * Might be wishful thinking on my behalf *...

probably wishfull thinking, i actually use primus as it's much cheaper then sasktel for dial up........i miss cable internet........makes me regret moving over here.......... almost.
i have some old 5.2mp hp digi cam, my hands tend to vibrate even when resting against something solid, so i'll get al to try and get some shots when he gets home next.
i love pictures, even if it kills my dial up.

Congrats on the new additions - with any luck those girls will be back in condition in no time - the striped female is quite nice.
I agree with Tim - the first one really looks like an anery A rather than a charcoal - she is very high contrast, but you can often not be sure until you have breeding trials to confirm - and even that can be a challenge with anery since many anery B are het for anery A (same with blizzards being het for snow). It can be a real problem, but she is a very nice high contrast snake regardless.
That 'miami' is very interesting in appearance - quite strong saddle borders - is he from Darwin's Oasis lines - I had a female from there that looked quite similar - with the orange tones. I like his look.
The pewter and charcoal babies are very nice - look like they will get quite pale.
Congrats on these guys again and look forward to seeing more pics,
mary v.

sadly i have no information on the miami prior to november of 07, he is supposedly acr registered but after 6 months of asking i have yet to even get his number, he has a long story, he had at least 2 owners between breeder/import and my getting him. at this point i don't even know who has his "papers"
