So here are my Grey Banded King Snakes. I din't take the pictures, I got them from the breeder a while back. So the pics are a bit dated. When I get a digital camera (come on Christmas ) I'll post all sorts of new pics. As you can see the female is a little lighter coloured than the males. The one male has a spot on the first two grey bands. The other male is pretty perfect. The males are not related to the female. So maybe I'll breed them sometime. I'll get back to everyone when that becomes an option, since I'll need a bit of help getting ideas of how to do that, and an incubator set up and so on. Tell me what you think!

They look fantastic - great color especially on the female. Love the long orange bands on them. Greybands are such great snakes - wonderful temperaments and so pretty. Look forward to seeing more pics of these guys once you get a camera,
thanks for sharing,

Beautiful snakes, love them. Look forward to see more piks.Just curious , but did you have feeding issues with them at first.I have heard they tend to be fussy and it's sometimes hard to get them started, or I'm guessing they were probably well started when you purchased them.Anyways just wanderin?Great lookin guys !!

Well, for feeding, I didn't have any problems with the males. THe female only wanted live fuzzies for the first two weeks, but now has no problem. I had heard about the feeding problems too, so I made sure they were at leasting eating mice before I bought them.
Temperment wise, they are very nice. In fact, my daughter's GBK (the female) is named Sleeping Beauty, since she likes to just sit in my daughter's hands. A couple of weeks ago, I took them to local pet store because the owner was also interested in seeing some of my collection. The male tried to strike at the owners thumb, but that was because the owner's hands smelled like a mixture of mice and birds, since he was in the process of moving them around. That is the first time any of the snakes has been even remotely aggressive.
