Our first clutch of cornsnake eggs at Reptile World started hatching on Wednesday. The other clutch should start in about 10 days. We also have 2 mandarin ratsnake eggs which should hatch in a few weeks, two box turtle eggs (and they were breeding again today), one week old leopard gecko and 8 more eggs incubating. I put the giant geckos (Rhacodactylus leachianus) together today so we will see what happens. About a month ago I saw the amethystine pythons breeding. It would be cool to get eggs from them, but it may be difficult to find somewhere to send the babies as they are restricted in Alberta and I don't know if any other exhibits would be interested.

Sounds like you guys are busy - Congrats! Make sure you post pics of the madarins and the baby box turts for me!!

P.S. Are many people having sucess breeding madarins now? I know that many years ago when I was interested in them, captive breeding was exceedingly rare, and even simply keeping them alive was a challenge.

I know down in the states Mandarins are being bred pretty consistantly now but up here I've only really heard about one person having success, I believe it was Roy Stockwell.
