Just wanted to let everyone know a few things to keep in mind for the show.
For those people still thinking of booking tables, we do still have some available that haven't been confirmed. If you are wanting to book a table, or tables, let us know ASAP.
Table fees are going up to $100/table August 1, so it is best to book/confirm before then to save the $20.00/table. If you are booked, but not paid before that point, you are paying $100.00 per table. No exceptions.
We are offering VIP tickets at the door Saturday morning for $20.00. This will give you access to the show 1 hour before opening and first chance at getting those specific animals that you are wanting. There has been a fair bit of interest from emails through our website once we posted this so we imagine there are quite a few people who are interested in this.
If you have any questions for Jim or myself, please send an email to info@wcre.ca, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
The layout has been done for the tables booked so far, and the venue is going to be packed full. We will not be posting the layout if at all, until closer to the show, but as it constantly changes based on bookings, it might not be posted at all.
For the vendors there is a private event planned on Saturday night. We are covering the cost of 2 tickets per vendor to those who have replied that they would like to attend. If you need more than 2, it is $20.00 per ticket. If you do not reply by the date set in vendor emails, you are not able to attend, as we have to confirm our numbers ahead of time with the Capri.
